  • Political donations in the state of Oregon (which includes any transaction you may make on this site) are a matter of public record. Washington County Democrats will share information about you and your purchases/donations with the Oregon Secretary of State, as required by Oregon state law.

Please note that due to the legal requirements of the state of Oregon, some communications from Washington County Democrats may not allow you the option of opting out. Washington County Democrats is a political action committee, does not meet any of these criteria, and is thus exempt.

Washington County Democrats does not rent/lease or sell personal data collected on this website to any for-profit organizations, but may share, sell or rent/lease information about you as described in the sections above and as required by Oregon law.

You can request access to review or correct your personal data collected on this website by calling (503) 626-7018 and asking to speak to the Treasurer. Washington County Democrats is not legally allowed to delete information about you, due to campaign finance laws in the state of Oregon.
